Accountabilities:

  • Make sure that clients have a quick and easy time setting up their accounts and being onboarded. Aim to surpass customer expectations by continuously enhancing and innovating these procedures.
  • Using internal onboarding tools, complete risk profiles and update client relationships to oversee the onboarding of new clients and team members.
  • Respond quickly to requests for account opening and maintenance.
  • In order to complete requests, work with downstream partners and stay in close contact with the banking team.
  • Verify that all of the documentation you receive is correct, current, and comprehensive.
  • To guarantee quick and easy processing, work closely with the Account Opening department, the Know Your Client (KYC) team, and product partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with others to assist internal partners and banking teams.
  • Make constant improvements to onboarding procedures to increase their efficacy and efficiency.
  • Assist technological teams in designing, developing, and testing new or improved applications.
