Job Description
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be part of a professional team working on key financial tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and reconciliation.
- Tracking and processing bills.
- Maintaining and managing data related to sales, purchases, and banking transactions.
- Managing GST, Income Tax, Service Tax, and handling administrative tasks.
- Generating financial reports and statements on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensuring accurate posting and processing of journal entries.
- Handling of accounts on TALLY ERP (9.2), including cost centers and e-return filing for GST, VAT, and Service Tax.
- Supervising regular data entry into Tally from vouchers, ledgers, and registers.
Additionally, any other tasks assigned by the management depending on business requirements.
