Job Role and Responsibilities
As an Executive at IPPB, your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving monthly revenue targets through direct sales of IPPB products and services.
- Organizing customer acquisition events and campaigns to promote financial literacy.
- Conducting training sessions for other GDS employees on IPPB products and services.

Tenure of Engagement
- Initial Appointment: 1 year, extendable up to 2 more years based on performance.
- Performance Review: Conducted every 6 months. If performance is unsatisfactory in consecutive reviews, the GDS may be repatriated after one month’s notice.
- Cooling-Off Period: A mandatory 2-year gap is required between two temporary engagements with IPPB.
Selection Process
- Merit-Based Selection: Candidates will be selected based on the percentage of marks obtained in graduation.
- In case of tie (same percentage), preference will be given to the candidate with seniority in GDS service.
- If seniority is also identical, age will be used as the deciding factor (older candidate preferred).
