What You Will Be Responsible For :

  • Assemble technical specs and commercial papers in accordance with client requirements.
  • Using product features and techniques, provide clients with advise, reusing solutions where appropriate.
  • Create all-encompassing, integrated solutions that satisfy the client’s financial restrictions, operational viability, and business needs.
  • Participate in or facilitate official and informal conversations with important stakeholders, providing technical advice and assistance based on experience.
  • Inform the client’s IT and business teams on the specifics of the new solutions and how they will impact business operations.
  • Make sure clients understand the suggested solution completely, answering any queries and providing action items.
  • Assist with customer approval procedures (e.g., COP for different client types and items, and EPC oversight for all product models and designs) during the scoping phase for a particular domain.
  • Make technical specs and documents pertaining to the solution. Set up the system and create, carry out, and update thorough test plans for pertinent testing phases.
  • Help in resolving any issues that may emerge during configuration or installation.
